Forex Demo Accounts

Trading the Currency Market can be confusing. There are a number of fantastic trading programs out there but choosing one that fits your trading style can be daunting. I always test a trading program first before investing a dime. The way to do this is by setting up demo accounts. Almost all online forex brokers have demo accounts that you can use to try before you buy. And they all offer free trading platforms.

1)Test the demo account and trading platform first before you deposit any money.

2) Watch their video tutorials. Not all trading systems are completely intuitive.

3) Practice using your particular forex software with their system. Do they integrate well? Can you easily get to all of the tools that you need?

For example: I am testing an amazing forex system right now which is so easy an eight year old could use it. So I set up a demo account with

InterbankFx and downloaded their trading platform. Here is what I found:

a) the trading sytem I am testing works

b) the trading platform is very different than what I am used to so it took me a bit to figure out how to set up the charts and more importantly close out the trades.

Why is this so important?

I would have lost money trading this platform, even though the signals my trading software gave me were correct because the way that they close out trades is different than my other broker's platform. That is why it is so important to trade with a demo account before investing money.

Now that I have figured out the trading platform, my trades are going smoothly.
